Summer can be a time filled with events, functions, and gatherings. Despite it being the season to bare more skin, such events can lead to overindulging. If you are thoughtful about it, there are ways to stay relatively on track while still having fun!

Below are some tips from about planning to eat healthy at parties. Also, when you do overdo it, or know you will be, just try to be extra clean in the days surrounding – life is better when you indulge here and there!
