This topic is fitting today, as I have been battling a bad cold/flu – even more annoying that it is this time of year!
I find it hard to stay on track when I am not well. Even when I feel nauseated, I have a tendency to think comfort foods will make me feel better. Despite that logically I know this never works, and I often end up feeling worse!
After years now on this weight loss journey I know my patterns, where I tend to get off track, and what I need to watch out for when not feeling well. For me, eating bad foods is a major problem when I do not feel well – and I give myself lots of good excuses for why it is okay!
