Even as a psychologist, I have a highly stressful life that can be hard to manage. Having a busy practice and two children with chronic illness… my list of stress is long and has been for several years. My stress level is something I am constantly working to manage, yet often doing rather poorly. Personally, I know my gut is something that suffers from this, which is also something I am frequently working to figure out!
