Here is a short list of practical tips for further enhancing overall wellness from Psychology Today

Certainly as we age, the way we eat and exercise may need to change. In my early 30’s when I started my weight loss journey, I could run longer and enjoyed a high protein diet. Nearing 40, I find my joints don’t allow those long runs and I enjoy a lower protein, more plant/healthy carb based diet. This is better at keeping my body feeling and running it’s best!

Always be sure to think about and monitor what seems to be working for you… with diet, exercise, self-care, etc… and make changes accordingly! It is good to change things up, and great to always be thinking of what it is you need to be and feel your best!
