Ideas to move.

Being in private practice I sit all day seeing patients. I can just feel how unhealthy it is for my body! It means I have to work even harder to get in movement outside of work hours.

  1. You should check out my blog called thefitflexlife.com it talks about using every movement you do in your day standing walking that type of thing as part of your workout. It is true that we sit to much.
