Make self-care a habit.

Especially when the week is getting long, take some time to think about your self-care and making regular time for it! Here is an older post to get you thinking!


Self-care is something often neglected, another thing you may think you do not have time for. While exercise and healthy eating are part of self-care, it is important to expand self-care into relaxation, downtime, self-exploration, trying new things, etc. 

Unfortunately it is all too easy to get into the habit of treating ourselves with negative coping strategies. Making the time for positive self-care habits and including them regularly in your daily life, before you become too stressed and overwhelmed, will help you keep balance and a continued focus on wellness!
