Use phone is a tool to stay on track.

Here is an article from mindbodygreen with tips on using your phone to help keep you moving toward your goals. I personally do my best when I have a reminder of my goal as my wallpaper and lock screen. I also regularly set motivational reminders in my calendar that pop up throughout the day. Any one bad moment of any day can get us far off track from where we started the day. Even with the best of intentions, when a bad mood sets in or something unexpected happens, it can be VERY easy to get off track. Frequent reminders of your goals can help bring you back to your goals and a more helpful mindset, even on the worst of days!
