For March let us focus on habits!

Our lives are really just a series of habits… some good and leading to positive results… some not so good and contributing to those things we likely want to change. Thinking of life as a series of habits can be a powerful tool to change your thinking, change your behaviors, and eventually overhaul to a healthier lifestyle! 

The Power of Habit is a great read by Charles Duhigg. He explains how habits work and how to use this knowledge to establish healthier ones! There is a nice summary of this habit philosophy and tips for beginning to create healthy habits in this article by Bon Appetit Management Company.

Let these help you start on a month of creating healthy habits! Small healthy habits can lead to the big results you want over time! Start with one habit and keep it going… habits can also build on and create further healthy habits!
