Self-care when busy.

Self-care is absolutely important and essential! It is common to think of self-care as selfish, but it simply is not. Taking care of yourself first can make your relationships better, improve job performance, and make you a better parent! When we don’t take care of ourselves those things typically begin to suffer. It only takes a small amount of time here and there – experiment with what makes you feel more relaxed, at peace, and/or energized.
