Plan your workouts…

Whether you love working out, or rather dread the idea, having a plan is key to finding the time, working on the areas you’d like in terms of fitness, and gaining the mental energy, focus, and excitement for the workout. It is also a time of self-care and self-reflection to sit down and think about your goals with working out, what you’d like to achieve, and what you need to do to get there. The sitting down with your thoughts, determining what you want for yourself, and taking this time for yourself to plan is just as important for your wellbeing as actually doing the workouts!

Finding your plan… 

Plans can come from multiple sources, and can cost ZERO DOLLARS!! Google is your best friend when it comes to finding workout plans for free- and all those social media apps we love! Don’t forget youtube! With working out, especially in the beginning, just doing anything is important. Look for whole body or focus on certain body parts, no weight, weight lifting, circuits, cardio, yoga, pilates, online videos for home, classes at the local gym, trainers in your area,etc. The options are endless! You name it, you can find it for free or cost online.
