Morning movement.

Beginning the day with a healthy start can lead to vast improvements in self-control, energy, positivity, and motivation. I am a firm believer in taking a few non-distracted moments to think in the morning, and some gentle movement can be a nice addition to this. Take the time to become aware of your body in the morning… stretch, notice your body, notice how your body feels, notice your mind. This is great for setting yourself up for a positive, healthy, on-track day!
