Overwhelm.

Everyone likely knows what it feels like to be overwhelmed. Often a feeling of overwhelm can be paralyzing in terms of getting through your typical routine, and certainly can drive you in the opposite direction of your goals. Frequent overwhelm is a sign something needs to change. The more you listen to your mind and body, the better you will learn what overwhelms you and how to create healthy change.
