Weight gain from stress.

Stress is a large cause of weight gain and difficulty losing weight. So many of us have formed bad habits around our stress, such as overeating, and these can be hard to break. Food has been our comfort since we were babies and mom and dad used milk to soothe us! Stress hormones and busy lifestyle also play a role in stress related weight gain.
