Our jobs take up such a large portion of our lives, we cannot ignore the impact this can have on our health and wellbeing. If you know your job is stressful, and maybe even leading to negative health effects, it is time to consider some type of change. You may not be able to switch jobs, but you can set better limits and boundaries for yourself… before it actually becomes necessary due to a health crisis. Remember, when health crises occur, we are finally able to find that time – probably more time than we would want – because it becomes absolutely necessary. So, stop the excuses, don’t wait for your health to force it, and make a change now!
