I am a firm believer that successful and lasting weight loss necessitates a complete lifestyle change. It is when we fall back into old habits we tend to fail. Often people want a quick fix, with large amount of weight off immediately. Because this is not realistic, people become discouraged and give up. But, that really wasn’t a true chance! Keeping up with healthy behaviors for the long term will lead to results. Slow weight loss due to ongoing healthy behaviors is what keeps its off for good!
