Of course not everyone will have the capability of working from home, and many people struggle even more with weight gain when working from home; but I like the points addressed in this article. I know for me, the ability to move around more in the day, and not feeling stress overload from taking on too much, makes a huge difference. This means I am constantly adapting my work schedule and my work environment to try to accommodate more movement and more breathing room, despite my being unable to work from home. Stress reduction, finding ways to create breaks or even fitness in your workday, and preparing healthy meals whether at home or for the workplace are all important for improved health and weight loss.
Even if you cannot quit the workplace and begin working from home like this author, I hope you get some great inspiration out of the article!
