Stair workout.

Even if you can’t run the stairs, just walk! This will still be a great workout modified. Do it at home, work, or during travel!

Just walking the stairs is a great no excuse workout, even if it’s one flight. I like to pop on headphones and even do 10 minutes up and down in my house. This strategy was a large part of my initial weight loss.
