More movement in the day can be more important than that hour long workout. If you sit the other 23 hours in the day, you will have a harder time achieving those fitness and weight loss goals… and feeling as healthy as you could. My suggestion is to start with leisurely walks and simply being more up and active throughout the day. Don’t necessarily worry about intense exercise sessions, especially if that thought is keeping you from exercising or moving at all!
