Overcome self-defeating thoughts.

Negativity is a powerful source to stop us from reaching our goals or living with contentment or happiness. When we are in a negative headspace, it hurts our performance in various life areas, including interpersonal relationships, work, and personal wellbeing   We can find ourselves blaming life factors, such as our job or someone in our life, for our own personal misery. Taking responsibility for the way we feel versus placing blame on other factors is a large positive step toward wellbeing and living the life you want.
