Love this idea from sparkpeople.com! A nice reminder of choosing clean, healthy foods without stressing too much over specific portions and calories. Especially since my injury, and having to modifying my exercise significantly as I still heal… I have had to be much more mindful of my eating. I am happy to report I have actually lost weight, despite this quite severe injury. I am officially down the 10 pounds I had gained by January. I attribute this significantly to more mindful eating. I have not severely restricted calories or completely deprived myself, but have been much more mindful. Choosing healthy, clean options as much as possible makes a difference!
