Meal timing.

What we eat, when we eat, and how we eat plays a major role in weight loss. No matter how much you exercise, diet is important. Be mindful of what, when, and how you eat.

I try to eat the majority of my carbs and calories by the end of my work day… breakfast, maybe an AM snack, lunch, and afternoon snack. I try to keep dinner as my lightest meal, and a snack before bed if I am really hungry (otherwise I won’t sleep!).
