I don’t like the idea of cutting anything completely out of your diet, but some people swear by low carb diets – or cutting out other nutrients altogether. To each their own!! When I think of carbs in a diet, I think of a “healthy” amount versus a low amount. So, thinking of healthy types of carbs, and one carb choice at each meal versus loading them up!
