Restaurant options.

Going out to eat can be fun, delicious, and a nice way to socialize. The food is also prepared for you, which is a nice break! I always look for cleaner protein/veggie options with only one carb choice. I may share a meal, or choose an appetizer or side. In my town I know what I like to eat at various restaurants to feel healthier when eating out – both sit down and fast food options! I think this is a  must, so there is always an option and you don’t limit your social life or going out to eat for some positive alone time!
