Remember even a low carb diet requires some carbs! I recommend aiming for a carb at each meal – breakfast, lunch, and dinner… just stick to healthier options and watch portion size! Without carbohydrates you may find yourself feeling cognitively fatigued, more moody, and more likely to overeat or binge periodically. Moderation will keep you the healthiest and is more likely to keep you on track! So don’t be afraid of carbs, just don’t go overboard!
