Research shows the more steps taken in a day, the greater the calorie burn, and the greater success with weight loss. I started as a size 24, had a very hard time walking, and started super slow, super short distance, around my house or on my treadmill. Slow and steady, I built on distance and speed gradually over time, and it worked! Now I’m between a size 4 and 6.
