My favorite smoothie is…

1 serving Naturade soy protein powder (my favorite for the taste, not because it’s soy), 1 banana, 1/2 cup milk, water, and ice. Blend. Yum! Great for breakfast or a snack or pre-workout meal.

I regularly freeze fruit when it is nearing its end date. I peel dark bananas and freeze in a ziplock, freeze berries, etc. All great to toss in a smoothie. I add raw oats when I want more carbs or calories, peanut butter,  yogurt. Mix it up!
