Alcohol.

Alcohol can be a large part of socializing, or used as a tool to relax after a long day. Unfortunately, alcohol is not ideal for the waist line (or a good coping tool, but that’s another issue!). Before you have your next drink or plan to go out for the weekend, read this article from health.com for some tips on how to use alcohol without taking such a toll on all that hard work you’ve been putting in! And… if you find yourself drinking daily, or too excess, consider trying to limit or stop your use. If you cannot, consider seeking help to develop alternative coping strategies and learn what may be underlying those urges. Heavy or too frequent alcohol use can lead to further psychological and physical health problems, and has a very negative effect on sleep.

Everything is best in moderation!
