For those at home without equipment, do the movements without weights – or consider buying a set of dumbbells – a worth it investment for your health and weight loss goals! Used exercise equipment stores are a great place to get lower cost weights, otherwise plan around $1/pound – still not bad! And where it calls for a bench, use a chair or your stairs. Modify as needed, and just make it work!
This is a great plan to build some muscle, only 3 days per week – completely doable! It helps to have a laid out plan, take the thought out of the routine, and focus on this for the next 6 weeks!
