Quick, effective treadmill workout…

I love to do this on any day, but particularly on days when I don’t feel like exercising this is a great one to get me going and make me sweat! It’s simple & changing the incline every minute makes it less boring…

Walk at 3.5-4 mph, start at 1% incline, and move the incline up 1% every minute – once you hit 10, go back down 1% per minute. 20 minutes and done!

0-1:00  1% incline

1:00-2:00 2% incline

2:00-3:00 3% incline

3:00-4:00 4% incline

4:00-5:00 5% incline

5:00-6:00 6% incline

6:00-7:00 7% incline

7:00-8:00 8% incline

8:00-9:00 9% incline

9:00-10:00 10% incline

10:00-11:00 9% incline

11:00-12:00 8% incline

12:00-13:00 7% incline

13:00-14:00 6% incline

14:00-15:00 5% incline

15:00-16:00 4% incline

16:00-17:00 3% incline

17:00-18:00 2% incline

18:00-19:00 1% incline

19:00-20:00 0% incline

Throw on your favorite show or music and get going!!
