5-4-3-2-1 Full Body Circuit

I have seen variations of the 5-4-3-2-1 workouts. Here is one I use. I also change it up and add different workouts, keeping the concept. I do this with or without weights. I do this at home, need nothing extra… the kids think it’s fun! Do this while you watch TV!!

5-4-3-2-1 Full Body:

5 mins:

1 min jumping jacks

1 min high knees

30 sec burpees

1 min jumping jacks

1 min high knees

30 sec burpees

4 mins:

1 min back lunges

1 min squat with press

1 min back lunges

1 min squat with press 

3 mins:

10 pushups

10 chair dips

10 bent over rows

**repeat for 3 mins

2 mins:

30 sec split lunge jump

1 min side lunge

30 sec split lunge jump 

1 min:

1 min plank

Rest 3-5 minutes and Repeat!
