This low calorie, delicious, and filling chili recipe from Jamie Eason is a hit for me and my family! I double it for meals for the week plus an evening meal for the kids.

Easy meal prep, just combine and simmer (I let simmer about 30 minutes for great flavor!). Add some sweet potato fries and you’ve got a delicious balances meal!
