I find so much inspiration in this terrific weight loss story. I love that she took charge of her medication management and tapered down to see how she could manage without! Medication is certainly useful and beneficial, though I am also a believer in trying without at some point to see how you do.

Another great tip is actually figuring out how much you are eating in a day. Some people truly have no idea… add up those binges and be honest! That way you can see the positive effect of even small changes – 3000 calories per day is better than 5000! Start there!
