Refreshing drinks can be a great way to quench cravings, relax, enjoy some “you” time, and experience yummy taste and flavor while not drinking your daily allotment of calories!

And, although alcohol is not helpful for your overall weight loss goals, adding an ounce of vodka to a drink like this when you are planning to indulge is a nice, low calorie option! Or, keep it alcohol free for a nice alcohol alternative!

Have a non-alcoholic, low calorie beverage to get you through that afternoon slump. Actually take the time to sit back, sip slowly, and enjoy the moment!
