I do not think it is realistic to give up any food or food category completely, but I do know my skin is amazingly better when I am eating clean. And the less sugar the better. I will not give up sugar for good, but I do try to limit it. I can’t have those daily chocolate bars anymore and not notice the impact! I try to limit sugary treats to a couple small ones per week.
For me, clean eating in general, least processed foods, grilled and baked… all those clean eating tips… keep my skin looking younger and healthier.
