Whether your just starting working out or have been excising for a while, music is important to providing that energy for a great workout! I like to find that perfect beat to keep me going at a certain rate, to get lost in the songs, and for that perfect playlist to pump me up!
If you don’t love to exercise, try music to see if it helps distract you… and keep trying new songs/music genres until you find something you love! If you love to exercise, or do it a lot, but find yourself in a rut or too accustomed to the same routine… change up your music playlist to re-energize!
