If You’re Not a Morning Person…

I love this article found on POPSUGAR. Fitness. I am always telling my patients to work within their strengths. If you are not a morning person, don’t tell yourself you’ll be up for those morning workouts! Even if you make them, you may find yourself dragging and simply dreading the workout experience. Working out is truly something great to fall in love with, so add it in to your schedule where you find the most comfort. If you are a night owl, fit those workouts in at night!
